Google 5Our garage door opener finally gave up the ghost. The technician came out and in no time, he replaced the door opener and safety sensors. Wow!! What a difference. So quiet. Now we're waiting for the window replacements that will take 5-6 weeks to arrive. Lowry Doors is awesome!! I highly recommend them.

Google 5Chris and his co-worker (didn't catch his name) did amazing. We had hit the garage door with our car and they came in and did a bit of tweaking, making everything work great again. They didn't try to replace anything, but worked with what they had and were very efficient, and honest. Love this place now. Definitely going back when our garage door goes out. Thank you!

Google 5Lowery Doors was fantastic to work with. We needed to get our box truck overhead door fixed. I had reached out to several other companies and just got the run around from them but Lowry got us in and got the door fixed in just a couple hours. Very easy to work with. Fair price. Great communication. Thank you Lowry Overhead Doors!

Google 5Lowery doors was exceptional! They communicated with you every step of the way. Installed the door quickly. Guillermo was very friendly and helpful. The most reasonable pricing in the salt lake area. We used Costco who partners with Lowery Doors. I cannot say enough nice things about this garage door company.

Google 5Great company to work with. Excellent communication and fast service. They addressed a few concerns I had, for example, my garage floor was uneven so they replaced the bottom seal with a thicker one. Workers are well trained, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Best company to buy a new garage door from. I will recommend Lowry Garage Doors to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Google 5Great service! Called to get a garage door spring replaced and they scheduled me for two days out. Had an opening in their schedule and were able to get it done same day!!! Within 2 hours from my original call time. Also they were able to take care of it without me needing to be there. This is a rental property so I just gave them access to it and they got it done. Excellent communication, text updates, easy to pay. Everything about working with this company was smooth and easy. They answer their phones, they have professional systems in place. As a business owner myself I can appreciate what it takes to run this smooth of an operation. Very happy with my experience and plan on using them as my preferred vendor for any future garage door needs. Property they serviced for us was in Midway, Utah. Photos I'm posting are "before" the repair was made (spring failed). I don't have any post-repair photos, but they got it all fixed up! Very happy.

Google 5Thank you to Aaron and Eddie, the technicians who did all the hard work dismantling our old garage door and installing a new door and the door opener as well. They were skilled, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly after the work. We are not only pleased but also impressed with the quality of their work. They were also helpful in guiding us in getting the app for our phones as another option to operate the door opener additionally. We highly recommend Lowry Garage Doors.

Yelp 1I would recommend against using Lowry doors. It's now 5 months since I signed the contract and things are just barely getting straightened out. Here is what went wrong: The installers show up and get to work. An hour in they tell me they can't remove my existing garage door because they can't get to the screws. I notice they are using my tools, including 3 of my buckets, my ladder, my ax and one of my screwdrivers. I show them how to remove the old opener, they got frustrated and mad when I didn't just remove the opener for them, and they complained they get paid by the door and they don't get paid enough, so they shouldn't have to do this extra stuff. I told them I am paying them to remove the old equipment, that's what they needed to do. So reluctantly they did. When I came back out to check on them again, I noticed they were using a natural stone tile leftover from tiling my bathroom as a brace to level the rails. Frustrating, but if they don't break it, no problem. They "finish" the job, and ask me to sign, I remind them that I need another opener, and I go looking for my tile. I find it hidden in the corner, so I confront them about it. They lie to me and say it was already broken, then they lie and say something from my wall fell on it and it broke, only when I show them the picture of them using it as a tool, do they admit to using it. Problems with the install: The door didn't shut properly paint was scraped off the door panels in a number of places. The vinyl jamb wasn't measured or installed properly. It really looked horrible and didn't seal. Scraps of wood taken from my previous garage door were used in the install of my new garage door. Model 8500 was installed, I paid for and invoiced for 8500w. I did not receive a light. In addition to all of this, when calling them and trying to resolve it the salesperson threatened me. Worst customer experience ever.

Yelp 2I have used Lowry Doors several times. This time not satisfied !! Had them come in April 2018 and put new parts on door. I was told door would not need repairs for a LONG time. Agreed to the charges. Door cables broke in December 2018 and would not even open. They came out and fixed it and said no warranty. Charged another 100 to fix it.

Yelp 5Sorry I like to right novels! Here's my review: We had an issue with our garage door sagging in the middle after opening the garage door. This sagging made it impossible for our garage door to close. I called two companies about this issue. Lowry's in Orem was professional and customer service oriented right from the beginning. I spoke to a girl named Crystal who worked with me on multiple questions and concerns with many callbacks. They were booked a couple days out before they could come and see the damage and give me a bid. The other company I called I found online under the name garage doors only located in payson Utah but when they came out and gave me a bid on the paper it said pinnacle doors in Spanish fork. Their tech said they could come out that day. They did not have receptionist and I had to call several times to get a hold of someone, probably because they working on the job and can't answer. They didn't come when they said they would but I called them the next morning and they came out that afternoon and gave me a bid. The phone number I constantly had to call when I didn't get through it was a voice message that said we are closed for the weekend even though I called during week day. When they came they basically told me I needed a whole new garage door. I knew about a struts that help extend the life of door but they convinced me it wouldn't last very long at all and pressured to get a door. I agreed to use pinnacle door and was going to call Lowrys door back to cancel their bid, Lowrys was so professional I didn't even have to call them as they called me for a reminder they were coming the next day to give free bid. I told the nice lady Rachel I think she was that I was going to go with other company. but luckily she convinced me to just see what their technician says as it's a free bid. I'm so glad I listened to her. Their tech that came to my house was named Jordan. He like the other 2 employees I spoke to Crystal and Rachel all 3 of them were well knowledgeable on garage doors and very helpful and answered all my questions. I am a very demanding customer and they all exceeded my expectations. I had many concerns about garage doors due to hoa and my exact door no longer being manufactured. Turns out their tech Jordan told me struts can be used to fix our door in its current condition. It wasn't as bad as I was the other company made it sound. I know that the door we have will need to be replaced but putting the struts on helps us to save up for a new door. When we have enough money saved or when struts stop working we will definitely call Lowrys again to replace our door. They are professional and trustworthy and plan on using them again. Their prices are pretty much the same as everyone else. My dad recommended me to them and that's why I called them in the first place. Special thanks to Crystal, Rachel, and Jordan for such great customer service.

Yelp 3The installation of the garage door was fine. This after the door was back ordered and the window inserts were also back ordered. My only real issue is the 45.00 fee for tear down and hauling away old Door. I was initially told that if I kept the old Door the 45.00 would be refunded. After not receiving the refund I was told that I was mislead and that even if they don't haul the door away the charge is valid. No refund sorry....Disappointing.

Yelp 5These guys are top-notch. They are highly knowledgeable, honest, and they do good work. We had a problem with our garage door about 6 months ago. I tried to fix it myself, and called Scott in their service department. He spent about 30 minutes trying to help me over the phone, so that I wouldn't have to pay for a service call. When I was unable to fix it myself (the drive belt needed to be replaced), he promptly came out and fixed the problem. We had another (unrelated) problem recently, which appeared to be a broken clutch mechanism, that prevented the door from closing. Scott came out and determined that the problem was just that the hinges needed to be lubricated (something I should have been doing every 6 months). He didn't charge us for the second service call. He could easily have charged us for a new clutch mechanism, and I would not have known any better.
