BBB 5Hometown Contractors installed a walk in shower and a bathtub for us. They were very professional from the beginning until the end of each job. The installers worked very hard and finished each job on time. The office staff also did a great job communicating with us.

BBB 1Very, very disappointed with Hometown ! I purchased a patio cover that started leaking soon after instillation. Several repair attempts later I asked about my 1 year warranty & was assured my warranty would start & extend for 1 year from the repair that did not leak for 1 year. I contacted a Hometown owner, Jamie K. and was told Hometown would do the needed repairs at no cost to me. That proved to be a lie. They did not stop the leaks & I was told I would be required to pay for any future repairs. Hometown stopped answering my calls, texts & emails. Seniors Verses Crime tried to help me & Hometown turned it over to their attorney. So we go to court! I have thousands of dollars in a roof that continues to leak drips & down pours from every seam. Water leaks thru the now nonworking fan/light fixtures & drips off the pull chains. It is a useless, dangerous disgrace & Hometown does not care. I ask Hometown to pay to have it taken down and a new one installed. They refused so we go to court. Hometown can do nice work & they can do bad work that is REALLY BAD WORK & HOMETOWN WALKS AWAY LEAVING THE CUSTOMER TO LIVE WITH IT! Hometown did not stand by their word or their work with me.

BBB 5Excellent customer service from sales presentation to everyone that I spoke with in the office. I had impact windows installed in an old home and was very nervous. Installation went very well, and are very happy with our windows and workmanship. I will definitely use this company again in the future

BBB 5They did a specially good job. The two employees doing the work were very friendly and did not ever take breaks, I had to tell them to take a break for their lunch. They cleaned up the areas they worked in and returned the things they had to move. I would recommend this company for whatever service they need.

BBB 5Hometown Contractors completed our Master Bathroom renovation by removing the garden tub and installing a walk-in shower. We absolutely love our new shower and Hometown is simply the best. From the initial presentation, through installation and the final inspection, every aspect was professional, meticulous and courteous. Hometown Contractors was a great find! We look forward to future projects with the company.

BBB 5From the first phone call to the final install of the windows everyone was professional, knowledgeable and they know how to treat customers. Knowing this was going to be an expensive project we needed to be sure to get a company with staff members that do their jobs professionaly. Jimmy the sales person, to the staff member that came and measured each of the 13 windows to Jordan managing the project and Matt and his team doing the install. What a wonderful experience. They are a true reflection of this company's reputation. Finally a company in Pensacola that stands behind their word, shows up on time and responds to email or phone calls. The install team was wonderful even going so far as to help with the mini blinds which I could not take down nor put back in place. Highly recommend this company based on my experience.

BBB 1When our windows finally arrived to installation in November 2022, the first installation contractors did not install the windows correctly and a second crew was sent to remove the windows and install them correctly. In the process, a large arch window was broken and had to be reorders. It took 3 months for that window to come in. In the meantime, the 2nd crew finished installing the remaining windows. While we waited for the replacement window, the initial installation FAILED inspection for not properly securing our hurricane windows. We also needed new trim ordered which was cut too short in the installation. Needless to say, it has taken us 9 months to get our windows and have them pass inspection, when they originally arrived for installation in November (ordered last July). The customer service has been very poor with little coordination of installation of new window and replacement trim and the result has delayed our getting our home on the market for sale by over 3 months.
