Yelp 5Mike was able to fix my garage spring the same day it broke! After he installed the new spring, he adjusted the opening height for the garage, greased the track and made some other adjustments that I didn't even know needed to be fixed. He stayed at the quoted price he gave me over the phone and had multiple payment methods available. My family and I have been going to him for years and have never been less than 100% satisfied.

Yelp 5Mike and Lou are extremely prompt, HONEST, and professional. Our sliding glass doors are very challenging and they were able to troubleshoot and identify what needed to be done with the 20 year old doors that took much abuse from previous owners. We will continue to use Action Doors when needed and refer them to our family and friends. A+ Rating! Thank you so much!

Yelp 5Had to post this same-day rating for Action Door Services. Mike and his dad came out this morning to repair a sliding patio door I had severely screwed up. To make matter worse it was a particularly-gnarly 20 year old Milguard. Mike and his dad were able to wrestle the door, replace the locking mechanism, and lube the rollers. I am pleased to say it was done quickly and very reasonably priced. It works great and I'm pleased with the service. Happy wife....happy life.

Yelp 5The sliders on my patio door were broken. They came to fix promptly and on time. They were helpful, pleasant and courteous and most of all they knew how to do their job! So glad I found them. They fixed the door in no time. Great job. The price was reasonable.

Yelp 5Mike was great. Garage door was sporadically malfunctioning and Genie tech support said my door was unbalanced and I needed a tech to come out and balance the door. I really didn't feel like my door was unbalanced enough to be causing this but I thought I'd give it a shot. Mike responded immediately to my quote request and was here in a half hour on a Saturday. He confirmed my suspicion and said the door balance wasn't bad and it was likely an issue with the sunlight hitting my sensor(this problem only occurs in the mornings) and I could try moving the sensors further into the garage, where the sun isn't directly hitting it(couldn't be performed due to a stack of plywood being stored there at the time). He was very honest and could have easily charged me to balance the door but fortunately there are still people out there with some integrity. Action Door will definitely be my go-to for anything garage door related. Thanks Mike.

Yelp 5Excellent Service all around. Thank you Mike and thank you Mario for getting my garage back up and running! I called several companies before this one and was given quotes that were pretty similar in price range, then I spoke with Mike who was able to pinpoint the most accurate price that I would pay instead of just a "range". My spring broke so I knew that I definitely needed it replaced and according to the other companies the replacement price would fall withing a "range" depending on weight and spring part...then there was also a service/labor fee in addition. With Mike, the price he quoted, was the total price period - I liked that. He asked me just a few questions about my garage door, spring length and whether there were windows or insulation and BAM, like that he was able to quote the exact price. Plus he was able to send over Mario in a quicker timeframe than any of the other companies. I even had to call and cancel an appointment that I made and was asked the reason - I told them that I was able to get a tech scheduled to come out within the hour and for less. They tried real hard to keep my business, offering to match the price and even put me on hold to see if they could get a tech out to me immediately....i thought this was funny. Glad I didn't give in and just stuck with Mike and Mario. No BS, just straight-forward, honest, efficient and best cost found (the first time). This is an easy recommend over any of the other companies!

Yelp 5Mike and his dad Lou are AWESOME. They are very professional and nice. I have an old style patio door and the rollers have been shot for a long time. They figured out how to dismantle it and got the door out. They showed attention to detail and explained everything. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with door problems. Thanks again guys.

Yelp 5Fast friendly reliable Family owned team. Very professional . Great price for such a big problem. Can't believe we have been living with a broken sliding glass door for so long when it was so inexpensive and fast to fix. Door opens and closes with no effort at all now.

Yelp 5The garage door is one of those things you take for granted until it breaks... especially on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend. The technician was out within the hour as stated, and got the garage back in good shape promptly. He checked all components and lubricated wheels/hinges/opener drive. Our garage door is still very quiet and working well.
