Google 5Highly recommend if you're in the market for garage doors. They supplied me a garage door and labor to install that was very competitive with big box pricing. I had done my research so when I called them it was an easy transaction. Doors arrived in time and they came back promptly without hesitation to address a minor issue with the weather stripping on my large door and went ahead and checked the other door. Will use again and recommend them to all my neighbors.

Google 5The doors are phenomenal and look great. The installers were there when expected and worked hard at changing the doors out. Had a couple of minor adjustments to be made after initial installation, but all went well. Thanks for the great new doors, they look great.

Google 5I called Builders Overhead Door because of their sticker was on on the overhead door of a house we had purchased several years ago. The door was noisy and the opener operation was intermittently erratic. From initial call to Appt confirmation and the subsequent service call, I could not be more pleased. The steps they were making to cure the issues were explained. The process to service the door and opening operator was accomplished in short form and the follow up to answer any more question could not have been a better experience. The Service Tech, John , did an excellent job. The price was fair and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended service contractor.

Google 5We had a very pleasant experience with our new garage door opener install. I called on a Friday and he was prepared to have someone someone out that day but we were not available so someone was sent out Monday and the problem was fixed same day. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!!

Google 1I purchased a brand new home in 2020, in that time, my garage door broken twice. I understand not maintaining a door and then it breaking over years of wear and tear, but twice in a year and half?? I called to have it scheduled for repair, and was told a technician be out tomorrow to fix, so I changed my plans and stayed home to wait for the technician, I missed a call from Overhead, called back within 30 minutes, and he said he had to "send his technician on to another job" because he didn't hear back from me and I wasn't in a convenient area for them. Extremely Poor customer service and apparently their installation and product is poor to have failed twice in a year and half time. I am a Reece Nichols agent and I definitely won't be referring or recommending this company to any of my clients or to other agents.
