Yelp 5Impossible not to give 5 stars. You will learn first hand that Rick is everything you can ask for. Does not get any more cut and dry or easier to work with. Just a hard working guy that truly cares. Not only was his price the best, but his quality of work is unmatched. Clearly Rick has does garage doors for a long time and knows what he is doing. You deal with Rick and only Rick. Making the entire process easy! Need more workers and more companies like Rick. Cheers!

Yelp 5I called yesterday around noon to ask about my garage door operator. It had stopped working completely last week and we are in the process of selling our home (which we needed it done quick before inspection). I told Rick what was going on and he immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone and said he could come out to our house about two hours later. No only did he arrive promptly, his diagnosis over the phone was right. Other companies told us that we needed a new operator but Rick was honest about the problem and the price. He brought the necessary part with him and didn't have to come back at a different time. Words can't describe how great this company is and I highly recommend him to others in need of garage servicing. His prices are below average and the speed, quality, and kindness is unmatched.

Yelp 5I had a problem with my garage door and was going on a trip and needed my car. I read Rick's reviews and called him. He promptly answered the phone and we discussed the problem. He was as honest as can be and told me where to buy the parts cheaper than what he could do and he was at my home in an hour to install. He was HONEST, prompt, neat and professional. I highly suggest using Rick. He is a true professional with integrity.

Angi 5As just moving to Burnt Store Marina, I was panicked because I didn't know who to call or who I could trust and who was going to pick up my kids. I ask my neighbor, Gary and he had a similar issue happen to his door the month before and recommended Rick. He said he wasn't like the other companies, he really wanted to help and did not charge him a lot. I called the offices and I explained what was going on, they seemed to know exactly what was wrong with the door. They were there within the hour and had the parts with them! I ended up having a broken spring (who knew???)and they replaced both of them. He explained how the door works and what caused the issue. I was really glad that he was upfront with the cost, I thought it was going to cost a lot more. I was so relieved that I was able to get out on time. Services Rendered: My garage door would not open, and I was trapped in my home. I am new to the area and called my neighbor, he recommended Rick. I called and was so relieved that he could come right away. He reassured me that he could take care of the issue, replaced the springs. He was professional, courteous and prompt. In the end, I was able to get my children from school on time!
