Google 1Whoever is driving the MD truck with the licenses plate ending jn 173 needs to learn how to drive. They are lane swapping like crazy and cut me off. Had to hit my brakes hard to give him space. I do not recommend these guys.

Google 5Always arrive as soon as scheduling allows. When I call them my overhead door is out of whack. The service is great and my door is backbettrr than ever

Google 1They won't finish the job, then sue you for non payment when they don't ever complete the job in the first place. This company is nothing but thieves.

Google 1I know of this company from when I worked in sales. I work for a well known company in the area now, called Clark and sons this morning for an over head garage door repair. Receptionist literally laughed into the phone for 30 seconds when I asked if we could see them today, and yet AGAIN when I asked about the next days availability. Will never call this company again, personally nor for the company I work for. Needless to say, I called 24/7 door service, and he was able to come out in 2 hours and repair the issue for $125. Thanks for showing me there are better options out there! Classic Salisbury Trash

Google 5I had a catastrophic failure of the support brackets for my garage door, and my car was trapped inside. Richeel in the office was a superstar as were the gentlemen who came to rescue me (and my car). I was literally out the door within 2 hours! Great customer service on all fronts..

Google 5My garage door had a issue the night before Christmas Eve 2020. My wife's car was in garage at the time and we were expecting very bad weather Christmas Eve night 50 mpg gust. I stopped by Clark and Sons at 8am and talked to Ryan. He said someone would be out that morning. Shocked that someone would be available i was happy. Ryan appeared around 11am and repaired my door, He was great. You could tell he knew what he was doing. My door now works better than it ever did before. My wife and I had already talked about putting a new door on garage before this happened, I will differently work with Clark & Sons for my new door. Thanks so much for the exceptional service Sincerly, John

Google 5My neighbor has been waiting for one year for one of the local garage door contractors in Accomack county to show up. This is AFTER paying 1/2 down for a Haas door installation. I called Clark and Sons and they promptly sent a rep to look at my job. The next day they emailed me the estimate and I accepted the proposal. They ordered the doors and three weeks later, they showed up and did the installation. They took away the old 1970's fiberglass doors and openers and cleaned up after completing the job. They were professional and courteous and the new doors operate flawlessly. They installed two 10' x 7' garage doors and openers for me in Accomack County VA. Prior to calling Clark, I thought about doing the job myself, but found matching the doors to another on the property difficult and very expensive. The quote from Clark was absolutely reasonable. I would highly recommend Clark and Sons if you need any sort of garage door work.

Angi 2Charged a fee just for coming out. Did not see the fray on the cable but wanted replace other components of the garage door that was way way way overpriced. Services Rendered: Had a frayed cable that needed replaced before completely broke

Angi 5The spring broke on our 10-year old door. They came out the same day to diagnose the problem and provided a temporary solution. Made an appointment for the permanent repair a few days later. We also had a new opener installed on another door at the same time. Everyone here was knowledgeable and helpful. They worked with my schedule and were right on time. Great company! Will absolutely continue to use them for our garage door and opener needs. Services Rendered: Repaired existing garage door & opener and installed new opener on a different door

Angi 4On 4th July weekend had a torsion spring break and could not open the door to get car out. Made emergency call and they responded on same day, made a temporary repair. Told us they would order the correct spring size and return, planning to replace all springs on the other 2 doors at the same time. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional!!! Services Rendered: replaced all torsion springs on 3 garage doors
