EXCELLENT! Services Rendered: I installed my garage door opener, but couldn't get it to work. So I looked up Chris on Angie's List and gave him a call, rather than instantly try and sell me something he tried helping me over the phone for no charge. I followed his suggestions and determined I had made a wiring mistake, so the garage door was now working, but it wouldn't raise or close all the way. Chris came out the next day determined some of the pulleys in my garage door were broken, replaced them, and finished installing the opener. He was very helpful, courteous, and affordable; I highly recommend him, and will be using him again when my old garage door finally falls apart.

I was able to set up an appointment within a couple days. He described the options available for openers and answered all my questions with ease. He saved me a trip and picked up the opener from the store for me for no extra charge. The cost was only $100 for the install and the cost of the opener. After he was finished he even swept out the garage leaving it cleaner than when he came. I was very impressed. Services Rendered: We needed a new garage door opener installed.

He was very courteous and made changes in his schedule to accommodate me. He arrived promptly the next day, inspected the door, went and bought a replacement part and fixed the issues straight away. Services Rendered: I called Chris when my garage door would neither open or shut. I described what had happened and what I was experiencing and he determined over the phone that the problem was with the springs in the door.

Chris was always prompt and courteous with his e-mail. He arrived on time, removed the old doors, tracks and opener and disposed of them in our dumpster. He took great care installing the new doors and did a fantastic AND clean job. All gaps due to the uneven floor got sealed up. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in garage doors and took the time to advise us on maintenance and remedies to typical garage door problems. He even offered to come back if we ever had any problems with the doors. The installation took a few hours longer than anticipated but it would probably have taken us a month to do it ourselves given how much more complicated it was than initially thought. We are VERY happy with his work and his person and certainly think he charges very very reasonably for the excellent, prompt, courteous and professional service he provides. Plus, we get to keep all our limbs. Services Rendered: Installed 3 Wayne Dalton steel garage doors & 1 opener.
