Google 5Had a broken spring and Shane came out within a few hours, changed the spring and thoroughly looked over the door to make sure it was in good condition. Highly recommend.

Google 5Broken garage door spring...they were able to come the same day, though that might have been luck for me, due to a cancelation. The technicians did an awesome job! The tech demonstrated to me another impending problem with an opener sprocket that was failing. He also lubricated all moving parts including hinges. They did a great job!

Google 5Had a Provia front door installed today. Dayton Door Sales was wonderful from our first visit to their showroom in Springboro, to their sales rep, Dave Goodwin, coming to our house to explain our options and placing our order, to the installer, Matt, who did a great job! We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Google 5I was able to get my garage door spring replaced and the door generally "tuned up" on the same day I called. I was amazed at the promptness and the quality of service!

BBB 5Dayton Door sales is a definite YES, for repair work or new doors! I called Dayton Door sales for work on my garage door opener and other door problems the door was having. Nick was the services representative that they sent out. He was polite, very professional, and established a sense of trust right away. And most of all he recognize the problems with my garage door and the best way to resolve them. I will not hesitate to call Dayton Door for any of my future needs and will recommend them to my neighbors.

Google 5Woke one morning to a broken torsion spring. Called another business first. They had no techs available until next day. Called Dayton Door Sales Springboro. They sent Patrick out who arrived mid-afternoon, after calling 30 minutes ahead as previously agreed. He was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, very experienced. Though I had never had this service done before, the price to replace both springs seemed very reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

Google 5Quick service. Replaced my broken spring 1 day after I called. Patrick, the service tech also lubricated hinges on both doors. Cost to replace springs was very fair. I will use them again.

Google 5Sometime in May 2018 I had an issue with my old garage door and opener. Precision sent Jeff Hollon out to examen it. The old wooden heavy door from 1970 needed to be replaced but I didn't want to spend the money at that time. Jeff did what he could to prolong the inevitable. Jeff was a non pressure guy and I felt he was honest. I kept his card and knew he would be the one I wanted to deal with. Today was the day to get a new door and Jeff Hollon came back out. He was fast and clean!!! No trash for me to pick up that was a plus. I was very comfortable with Jeff and felt safe to leave him here alone if need be. We need more sales technicians like Jeff out in the home improvement industry. The garage door looks great and my curb appeal just went up. The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. I would recommend calling Precision in Dayton and asking for Jeff Hollon he is an honest guy. FYI I didn't know Jeff until Presision sent him out. Good job!
