Yelp 5I needed a simple repair (simple for them, not me). They responded right away and solved my garage door cable problem at a fair price. They also recommended upgrades I could do in the future, but understood that I did not need them right away and were not pushy at all, they just wanted to let me know better options are available compared to what I have. I thought that was great.

Yelp 5Zach responded to my call right away and gave me a few suggestions over the phone free of charge. Although it wasn't what was wrong, I appreciated that he gave me the chance to not have to charge me! When he did come out, he was prompt and was upfront about what they were doing and the charges. I was able to pay over Venmo too, which I like. Friendly, efficient and professional. I know whom to call in the future :)

Yelp 5I bought a house that the prior owner rehabbed after it was a rental for a decade plus. He bought a cheap, non-insulated, steel door. He then must have backed his truck up too far into the driveway and dented in the steel. I spoke with A-Z Garage Doors and they provided a consultative approach to selling. They gave estimates, pros and cons. I am naturally a cheap skate and wanted to get the basic, non insulated door. They told me how insulated would save on energy costs since I have an attached garage and the money that I put up for the new door would quickly be recouped with a good ROI. I now have a cool new door that keeps my garage at least 10-15 degrees warmer in the winter. It is a nice CHI door colored grey. I had Sherwin Williams match up the paint color and painted my foundation wall the same color. As the owner of A-Z said, the door "really pops" now and provides a beautiful visual impact.
