Excellent! Another provider told me that I needed the springs on the door replaced for $1200! I was discouraged and wanted another opinion. I was impressed from the start with independent door..the woman that returned my call, Annette, was extremely knowledgeable. The person that scheduled my service was also helpful and personable. the service tech was a very friendly young man who quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem with the doors and got them going again in about 10 minutes! All around Great job! Services Rendered: Adjusted the tension of the door springs so that doors would open fully. Also reprogrammed a failed keypad.

This went very well. They called before they came and the 2 men worked quickly to complete a successful reconditioning of the door. It now works smoothly and quietly and we are well satisfied. Services Rendered: We bought the coupon package for a garage door tuneup and roller replacement. That is what they did. We had a large wheel that was worn out and they replaced it for an additional $40. above the coupon.

The material was high quality and at a price less than the competition. Services Rendered: They installed 2 garage doors and 2 door openers. They installed in a timely fashion. It was a few months before electricity was added and they came back free of charge when one electric eye was out of alignment

Estimator did not include price for needed carpentry, which we had to pay outside the contract. Installer was professional and courteous. When we had a problem with the door opener a few months later, I could not get anyone to return my calls for service. I ended up using someone else for the repair. Very disappointing. Services Rendered: Old garage door removed and new steel door installed. We tried to get the door opener repaired a few months later, but no one returned our calls, so we used someone else for the repair.

Purchase & install of two black garage doors Joe's estimate visit provided prompt service, very efficient, and the work was completed at exact price of estimate (no extra cost). Dave's install visit "EXCELLENT" he worked alone, his work was very neat & clean, and knowledgeable. Both individuals were very helpful in providing information on the use of this installation. Both men a great asset to the company. I would not hesitiate to recommed Hillsborough Garage Door Store and will use again if opportunity presents itself. I received a call back a few days after I filled in the quick estimate on the Contact Us page of their site. The person, Joe, seemed really nice and accommodating. I let him know I could not do the estimate during the week, he said he probably would be able to have someone do it that Saturday, he just needed to verify and call me back later that day (a Wednesday). I did not hear from him and called the company that Friday. Another gentleman gave me Joe's cell number, which I called and left a voice message, and I never received a call back. This is very poor customer service and Hillsborough Garage Door Store Co lost a potential client. Services Rendered: Needed an estimate to have two garage doors and openers replaced.
