Google 5The spring on my garage door broke unexpectedly. Chad's Garage Service came out within a couple of hours and had it working like new. The people I spoke with were so kind and understanding. They are the best!

Google 5This is my 2nd time using them & they're still the best!! I texted them late in the evening & they came promptly before 9am to fix my garage so I can leave for work by 9:30. I highly recommend them.

Yelp 1Made arrangements for new insulated door to be installed. They never properly measured guy went to my house when I was not there measured from outside. Owner said that would be enough - I told him I had issues inside with braces and rolling mechanism etc he said that was fine could be handled at installation. They arrived with a door in truck and disassembled mine - one person- owner not on site- one other person did come assist. After assembly the door did not meet the edges of my garage you could see light coming from outside I told him that was not acceptable - with an attitude he told me that's how garage doors fit and nothing he could do- I told him I wanted the owner to see this and my door back up then. He called the owner -he then showed up and moved brackets to make one side fit barely but it was obviously rigged - I called and they wanted to send the same worker back out that installed it - no thank you he had an attitude and obviously not capable of doing a professional job. I choose this company bc they are local and small business I paid good money for an insulated door. I even offered to pay for more if the foot was too small - just fix it. After several months the sides of the door you can see outside if you pull it in and there is a crack between two of the panels. It rains inside the bottom the rubber gasket is not right. The light never worked for the new garage opener and upon climbing up there he never transferred the light bulb from my old one to the new one. I do not want them to service it or do any other work for me I will pay another company.

BBB 5Our garage door broke this last week with our two vehicles trapped inside. We searched online for a company to help and found Chad's Garage Door. We were impressed that it was a local company and the website was informative. It was after 5 when we called the number and spoke to a wonderful lady who listened to our problems and said she was sending a note to the owner. We told her we really needed the door opened before 9 since we had appointments to get to. **** called the next morning around 7:30 and had his guys at our house within a short time. They had the door taken down and a new door and motor installed in short of 2 hours. I can not say enough about the company and team. They are the best and we will recommend them to anyone. We always prefer to use local talent when possible and this time it was well worth it.

Google 5Fantastic experience. Garage door spring broke on a Thursday afternoon and a team of two appeared early Friday morning for the repair. They were polite and efficient. Within a half hour, they had the garage door back up and running. Definitely recommend Chad's Garage Doors.

Google 5When another company was giving me the runaround on fixing a broken spring on our garage door, I called Chad's Garage Doors and Chad answered and sent Kenneth. He came within the hour of me calling and fixed my garage door within that time too. They assured me they had the parts to fix my garage door and they did! Worth every penny for the service, including customer service! It goes a long way! I will be recommended them to my neighbors.
