Angi 4Everything was great except the final cost was several hundred dollars higher than what was quoted. Be sure to get the quote in writing! Services Rendered: I had a garage door installed.

Angi 5All contacts and appointments went very smoothly and without any problems Excellent service and performance. Services Rendered: Carolina Mountain Doors removed an old 8 X 7 garage door and installed a new one along with a new opener. When first contacted for an estimate they set up an appointment immediately. They brought information on our options and the price was very competetive with other estimates we received. We liked their professionalism and went with their quote. It took six weeks for the door to be ordered and to arrive. They immediately scheduled a time for installation. The installer did an excellent job and everything has continued to work perfectly. I would highly recommend this company for their expertise and professionalism.

Angi 1Our garage door stopped working and we needed help fast. We called Carolina Mountain Doors because they were local. They said they couldn't come for two days which was a struggle since our door didn't work but we agreed. The day they said they were going to come, they never showed and never called. We called them and they finally returned our call and said they had been working on a big job and never got around to coming over to us. They said they would come the next day. Guess what - once more they didn't come and they never called. We finally called them and said no thank you! Then after we got our door fixed by another company that did a great job, they called a week later to say they could come. I guess if you can wait to fit into their schedule they may be great but they were not great for us! Services Rendered: No services

Angi 5A little less than a year ago, Carolina Mountain Doors replaced the large main spring on one of my garage doors. The spring that they replaced broke again. They came out the same day I called to evaluate the problem. They replaced the broken spring at no charge within the week. What great service! I will definitely call them again. (I hope this spring doesn't break again!) Services Rendered: They replaced a broken garage door spring.

Angi 5They did a very professional job and everything looks good. I liked that they responded to the phone call and they are a local company. I spent about $1600 on that work. Services Rendered: I used Carolina Mountain Doors this morning and they installed a garage door and opener for me.

Angi 5very good. Came out promptly to estimate cost. Had to order part. We had a little mis-communication on the day to install the new part. Cleared up with a phone call. Installed with no problems. Services Rendered: replaced broken garage door spring

Angi 5Just fine Services Rendered: Jessan fixed a garage door that I backed into. I had accidentally triggered the remote when I put it on the visor and didn't see the door descending. The two bottom rollers popped off and the door was slightly bent,. I called this morning and he was able to come by in the late afternoon to put the rollers back into their tracks, straighten out the door, and change the angle of the connecting rod so as to put less downward pressure on the door. He also alerted us that we may need a strut to ensure against future warping.

Angi 5Went to the shop to get an estimate and met with Jessan. He was very helpful and provided good information so that I could make an informed decision. Their pricing was competitive with the home improvement store - maybe even a little cheaper. The doors had to be special ordered. They arrived on schedule. Two guys came out to do the install and they were both friendly and did great work. The doors look great. Services Rendered: Removed old garage doors and frames and replaced with new doors.
