Yelp 5We had 5 star install our garage opener years ago. We liked what a great job they did. Recently the spring on our garage door broke. We called them on a Friday and they came out the next day on a Saturday and fixed the spring. They quoted a time range they would arrive and they called when they were on the way. They arrived on time and took care of what they had to do. I was very impressed with communication and the repair. Great job!

Yelp 5I have used Five Star Doors twice now and both times they were just Excellent! I just had a problem pairing the remote in my new car, because then my other car remote and keypad didn't work. These guys are FANTASTIC problem solvers. Andrew helped me on the phone to coach me through options for probably 20-30 minutes for free, which was really great. He seemed honest in trying to get it fixed rather than sucking me in to get business and pay a bunch of money to get a new device. Unfortunately, the process didn't work so they sent Shane out to swap my board or motor on my third door and keep price down. But when Shane arrived, he quickly figured out that I just had a bad remote. He also showed great character to problem solve and not just jump to a high cost replacement!. The problem was solved for a fraction of the cost! If you are looking for a company with great problem solvers that really want to help and are honest, choose Five Star Doors all the way!

Yelp 5This is the second time we've had Shane work on our garage door, and he did a fantastic job both times. Very nice to work with, very professional. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
